Zofija Zorienė was born in 1941 11 05 in the region of Akmenė. Her childhood was spent
in far Siberia, in the mountains of Sajans by the beautiful river Biriusa, where her
family was exiled in 1948. In 1956 she returned to Lithuania. In 1961 she graduated from
Kuršėnai 1st secondary school and in the same year became a teacher of mathematics,
Russian, chemistry, botanics, anatomy in Raudėnai eight-year school. In 4 years she moved
to Kuršėnai 1st secondary school to teach mathematics and Russian. In 1976 she finished
studying mathematics in VVPI. Since 1981 she's been working in Kuršėnai Laurynas Ivinskis
gymansium, teaches mathematics, financial arithmetics, has had 4 generations of graduates.
In her free time she likes knitting, travelling with her family, dancing in the elder
people's ensemble of Kuršėnai culture house "Venta". |
